1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and ph78k ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph78k website located at ph78k.cam and all associated services, games, software, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access ph78k gaming Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Each individual is permitted only one (1) account with ph78k. Creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances without refund. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to any third party.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph78k account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You must immediately notify ph78k customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. ph78k will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Verification

ph78k implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended or terminated at ph78k's sole discretion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph78k accepts deposits via authorized payment methods displayed on our website, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, and credit/debit cards. All deposits are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless alternative arrangements are approved by ph78k. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud checks, which may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to complete. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals process within one (1) to three (3) business days after approval. ph78k reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, ph78k implements strict policies to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be approved. Suspicious transaction patterns, including but not limited to rapid deposit and withdrawal cycles without gameplay, may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures or account suspension. ph78k cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in investigations of suspected financial crimes.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph78k offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are made available at the time the bonus is offered. Key provisions applicable to all ph78k bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements (commonly expressed as "turnover" or "playthrough") that must be met before funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by bonus and game type and are clearly stated in the bonus terms.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG technology and are independent of previous results. Past performance does not influence future outcomes.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific returns in short-term play sessions.

7. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair, secure, and legally compliant gaming environment, ph78k strictly prohibits the following activities. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, chargebacks after receiving services, identity theft, or any other form of fraud or deception.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse, circumventing limits, or evading restrictions.

• Third-Party Access: Allowing any third party to access or use your account, or accessing another person's account.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph78k staff, customer support representatives, or other players.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your ph78k account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining account balances. ph78k reserves the right to deduct any outstanding charges, fees, or adjustments before processing final withdrawals. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, and new accounts cannot be registered using the same personal details without ph78k's express written approval.

8.2 Termination by ph78k

ph78k reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or if required to do so by law or regulatory directive. Upon termination by ph78k, your account balance may be forfeited in cases involving fraud, bonus abuse, or other serious violations. In cases of termination for minor violations or at our discretion, we may return your account balance minus any bonus funds, pending bets, or amounts owed to ph78k.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. ph78k reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of ₱500 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, after six (6) months of inactivity. Fees will be deducted monthly until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. You may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and contacting customer support.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph78k and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if ph78k has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ph78k does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Responsible Gaming
